This applies to more than just guns. Read it. Why? Here's a quick overview:Folks, when are we going to stop making excuses for brain-defective criminals? When are we going to stop being a nation of babies? Not that long ago people accepted responsibility for their actions and errors. Our great nation is being bankrupt by litigation and we all seem to sit back and shrug our shoulders as if nothing can be done. And so it begins... What cannot be legislated can always be litigated.
